The sloppy translation made this a tough read. I did enjoy this melodramatic first book in the trilogy.

A great read for fans of the Storm Riders. The mysterious character has his past shown in the first part of an impressive series. Learning about the hardships he had to face makes his future exploits more impressive. After reading the first book you really want to read the next books. The writing is very good so you get through the book very quickly.
