I love how this cookbook has pictures for all of the recipes. That way you can get a good idea of how they will look when you make them. The presentation of even the foods I don't think would be good makes them look amazing! I have marked about 8 or 9 recipes in the book. I need to go grocery shopping before I can make them however. I wish I had my own copy of this book and that I wasn't borrowing it from the library I work at. :)

Clarified bacon! Who knew? Yes, and so many wonderful recipes each using bacon or bacon renderings. It is a wonderful and I love having new ideas for using bacon. You will be so hungry upon finishing this one.
