The scenery and characters reminded me a little of Richard Scarry’s action-packed books, but Marigold and Grandma went shopping for a hat, fed the ducks, visited a restaurant, etc. And I loved it. What a great “I Can Read” book!

A young girl and her Grandmother spend a day on the town, shopping and eating. What a wonderful memory for the girl. What a wonderful suggestion for other young girls and their Grandmothers. And who doesn't love a new hat?

A nice story in four chapters about a grandma rabbit and her granddaughter having a wonderful time out on the town. Our girls enjoyed this book very much.
