This series took me by surprise, I had bought the first book on one of my book buying sprees that seems to happen every few weeks and hadn't read it. Once I read the first book I was hooked. for the most part i loved it and the following books, this one included. my biggest gripe is having to wait for book 4. The books got stronger the more I read them. Definitely give them a try if you want a couple of hours of escapism, if you enjoy David Eddings you will definitely like these.

Here’s what I realized after finishing Water and Chaos, this series is, at least to me, romance with fantasy elements. I don’t think that is what I expected when I was introduced to the series, but the transition from Accidental Sorcerer
