This series took me by surprise, I had bought the first book on one of my book buying sprees that seems to happen every few weeks and hadn't read it. Once I read the first book I was hooked. for the most part i loved it and the following books, this one included. my biggest gripe is having to wait for book 4. The books got stronger the more I read them. Definitely give them a try if you want a couple of hours of escapism, if you enjoy David Eddings you will definitely like these.

And so goes the story . . .

I read the series out of order but so enjoyed them I did them in order. The man has a way with his style that while simple and almost innocent it fit the stories and characters together leading me just where he intended.

Water and Chaos picks up right where Accidental Sorcerers left off. Mik and Sura are training to hone their powers while blossoming as a young couple. Then we are plunged in a series of adventures each of which seem more perilous than the last. Sounds cool right?

Here’s what I realized after finishing Water and Chaos, this series is, at least to me, romance with fantasy elements. I don’t think that is what I expected when I was introduced to the series, but the transition from Accidental Sorcerer
