An insightful and thought provoking book on the power of innovation. Not simply innovation, but a process behind it to systematically change thinking and development of ideas. While it doesn't necessarily mirror Six Sigma principles, there are several similar practices in brainstorming. I'm excited to apply this approach to the development of new short term and long term ideas in my workplace.
