Author shares her diary from 6 week stay in rehab for compulsive eating disorder. Her rehab was about 20+ years ago. Very interesting read especially for anyone struggling with compulsive eating. Very brave to undergo rehab and to share her diary publicly.

The book is a sort of journal that was written during the author's 6 weeks at a treatment facility for her eating disorder. While I don't think it was the most exciting/entertaining book, I was able to relate to some of it.

Chronicles the author's experience at a touchy-feely "food rehab' center. Not especially gritty or compelling.
