Speed Your Evolution: Become the Star Being You Are Meant to Be
If the Universe delivered you with an Owner’s Manual, it might resemble the contents of this book:
First, complete with diagrams, you’d learn the basics of your Infinite Design, how you function multi-dimensionally at all times. How you record and carry within you every experience you’ve ever had from lifetime to lifetime. What you do between lives.
Secondly, you’d learn how to maximize the links built into your system that connect you with the Infinite Intelligence. You’d gradually acquire the ability to raise your frequency to higher and higher levels, thus turning your consciousness into a highly-tuned, capable transceiver, receiving and redirecting information from throughout the Infinite universes.
Well, that would be your goal, anyway. In the meantime, you’d learn how to harmonize your relationships with friends, family, lovers, and bosses; how to create positive experiences from the worst circumstances; how to discern the frequency-messages constantly bombarding you and what to do with them. You’d become more psychic, creative, loving, and wise.
Finally, your owner’s manual would teach you how to accelerate your personal, evolutionary development, so that you could bypass all the slow-moving obstacles in your path. You’d eliminate entire lifetimes of learning requirement, spending more time in crystalline, higher-dimensional worlds of Light between lives and in your dream states. You’d rectify past-life karmic hang-ups in record time. You’d know the hidden Power of your own design. It would all be in the owner’s manual.

Lianne Downey could have titled this book “Enlighten Yourself” or “Steps to Realizing the Universe” or “Mastering Your Lives.” It’s all in this book.
You might think such a book would be difficult, boring, impractical, too much work; perhaps the word “evolution” triggers religious fears…but “Speed Your Evolution” is wonderfully readable, attainable, humorous, marvelously human – and the ‘work’ is Light.
It’s still a serious “how to” book, absolutely packed with vital, vibrant information and probing personal exercises for maximum
People call me a mystic, so my approach to the subject of speeding my evolution is more religious in nature than Lianne’s scientific, cosmic approach. We may speak a different language about the practice and process of increasing your spiritual trajectory, and yet we agree utterly.
That this is true is very gratifying and affirming to me, deepening my acknowledgement and understanding of oneness as a species, and our oneness as Cosmic Beingness.
“Speed Your Evolution” is not only a book you can read; it’s a book you can use to lift yourself to a new level of consciousness. Bravo to Lianne Downey and her Cosmic CoAuthors.

“You no longer have to struggle with vague descriptions of Soul or Christ Self, Higher Self, Timeless Self, or whatever you’ve been calling the vast, unknown parts of yourself that we all somehow feel we surely must possess…By your very design, you are linked to the Cosmos and everything that happens in it.” This is one of many wise nuggets of soul-felt “truths” that deeply resonated with me in the Goodreads first-read book I received from Lianne Downey.
The self-proclaimed "sister in the quest" discusses several metaphysical concepts and universal “principles” in her new book, Speed Your Evolution: Become the Star Being You Are Meant to Be. Thankfully, unlike so many other metaphysical teachers, she refrains from using the term, "Universal Laws" which, as she explains, can be broken just like any other law. The title and the concept of speeding up one’s evolution may seem a bit airy-fairy for some, however the author draws from 20+ years of practical knowledge and experience, ranging from being an in-the-trenches student to a practicing master teacher.
Though she mainly favors the teachings of Ernest L. Norman, the author is well-versed in a myriad of modalities—including energy medicine and reincarnation reenactments (which I found utterly fascinating, and frankly had never heard or read of anything like it until I picked up this book). She also lists an impressive and detailed catalog of resources in Appendix B in the back of the book.
In the beginning pages, the author mentions that the readers would be receiving attunements via higher-dimensional teachings that would be stored in their unconscious knowing. I didn’t give it much thought until I found myself having some pretty spectacular dreams that started the first night after I began reading the book. In fact, the dreams were linked to some undeniable past life scenes that not only felt true, but also put me on the road to healing an important relationship. Coincidence? Pretty tough to place a finger on it at this point.

Like other great esoteric texts, the messages, tools, and processes contained within its pages are simple, yet powerful. Some chapters may have to be read several times at different intervals in order to unlock their full potential. I also loved the cover art and the fact that the author refers to her spiritual team as “cosmic coauthors.” Brilliant!

I love this book, since I'm the author of it. It's a workbook for Truthseekers who would like to unleash the Power they have to improve the quality of their many lifetimes of learning and growth.
I wrote it in a conversational style, as I might lead a class discussion, but I've included illustrations, diagrams, and exercises to improve your psychic sensitivity; to find out about your prior lives; to test and validate that information; to heal yourself of past-life traumas; to improve your relationships with friends, family, lovers, and bosses; to live a happier, more progressive life; and of course, to speed up your personal evolution of Consciousness!
For those not ready for such dramatic events--I've written in a way that they can simply read about past lives and try on the idea for a while. I've used my (nearly) forty years of personal experience studying and teaching about reincarnation and the interdimensional energy science of life that supports our travels from life to life. I've even shared things that make me a bit uneasy, personal examples I'm putting out into the public in the hope that they'll benefit others in their quest for self-understanding.
Oh, right -- and I do explain who my Cosmic CoAuthors are, why they represent our future potential, and how your own Cosmic CoAuthors are helping you, even at this very moment.
