I am inclined to agree with the others and give it a 4 star. Full of annoying typographic errors thanks to a slap-dash translation (I'm implicating you, Angela Wilkes! What have you to say for yourself?! What a sloppy job!). "Bland" for "blind", "and" in place of "are", and there are not two Rocky raccoons, so I guess you meant Trotter. (There are more, but you get the idea). Gerda Muller doing her thing, as ever. Lovely illustrations, a simpler (French) time. I can heartily recommend other Gerda Muller books if you somehow stumbled upon her via this book - there are much better ones, and the quality and detail of the illustrations never disappoint. They are always educational, too. You can't go wrong.
