Another one for the Enfield Children's Book Awards. This was a fast read and I really enjoyed it! Not as melancholic as I thought it was going to be from the blurb, a realistic view of grief. Good mixture of fantasy and developing human relationships. Suitable for ages 9+.

A nice little quick read that I really enjoyed. Enough realism so that it wasn't too unbelievable, but enough magical mystery to keep it interesting. I hope there's a follow up!
