Our hope is to change the world, one child at a time. Our feelings books for kids explore all the different feelings that come with growing up-- why they matter, and what kids can do to help themselves and those around them.

I started writing to help my son deal with big feelings when he was 3-5 years old. He's 7 now, and he helps me with ideas for our books.

We hope our stories can help your family navigate difficult feelings. Send us a message anytime- we would love to hear from you!

Worry and anxiety are prevalent among people of all ages. Unfortunately, it's affecting younger and younger children.

It's lovely to see such a series aimed at very young kids, as it's never too early to teach them emotional literacy, giving them a boost in emotional intelligence that will stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives.

All the books in this series do this in an entertaining manner, but this one happens to be my favourite, partly because the giraffe character is so very endearing, and partly because it packs so much (including advice for self-regulation) into a picture book and yet never feels overwhelming.

This series should be a staple in every school, every classroom, and every home. If you work with children, if you have a child or grandchild, be sure to get the whole series.

Feeling All My Worry by Kim T.S is a beautiful little picture book about Kimi the giraffe and being worried. The rhymes and illustrations make this a wonderful real aloud book for parents to discuss these big feelings with their kids. As a Guidance Counselor, I would recommend this book for use in the classroom as well. All kids (big and small) can relate to Kimi’s worrying and woven throughout the book are useful tools for handling worry. Kimi even has a cute little mouse friend helping her on every page. Parents and teachers will find useful tools to empower kids to battle their worries using their own “superpowers.” Kim’s books are a gift and will be loved by parents and kids alike. I truly hope that Kim keeps on writing.

Feel Them And Forget Them

Feeling All My Worry was such a wonderful morning read with the grandkids. First of all its a rhyming story, our favorite. Second of all we love that the book rotates when we turn our device. Reading in landscape mode really makes these adorable illustrations even more adorable. The story itself was a very easy read for our young readers, and the message it delivers to them was outstanding. Don't worry about feeling those worries. Feel them. Grow from them. And move on!

Excellent suggestions to reduce anxiety

Love the suggestions to reduce anxiety. My favorite is to create a different ending when you have a bad dream. Reminding readers of what you can and cannot control is a great idea. As a former teacher, I highly recommend this book.
