If your little princess loves the Gigi books from Sheila Walsh she is going to be delighted to spend a little time each night curled up with you reading a devotion that expounds on the principles taught in those books. The God's Little Princess Bedtime Devotional is designed for your four to seven year old little girl.

The book includes 106 daily devotions that start out with a scripture reading and then a devotional thought that pertains to the topic covered in the scripture. After the devotion there is a section called Good-Night Giggles and Grace that suggests a fun activity to help apply what has just been taught. The nice part about this section is that the activities are calming and quiet so your little one won't get all wound up right before bed! The daily section ends with a simple prayer.

I enjoyed sharing several days of this with one of my sweet little girls. It is the perfect activity to round out your day. What a blessing to read scripture together with your little one and then help them retain it by participating in a relevant activity. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great way to introduce their little girl to the daily habit of devotions.

This is such a wonderful book of devotionals for little girls!
First off, I'm a huge fan of lovely book binding and presentation, and this one has it all - a great, sturdy hardcover with cutouts in the crown and sparkles on the cover, with a lovely pink placeholder ribbon as well.

My Grandbebe Girl Jaiden (who is 7 years old), tried to leave my house with this one after we had read a couple of the devotionals and done some of the activities. I had to tell her to "Wait! Gigi still has to take some pics and write a review on this one; THEN you can take it home with you." I showed it to her mom, my Middle Bebe Girl Jasmine, and she loved it as much as I did!

As you can see from the Goodreads description, it also fits some homeschool curricula, so if you're doing faith-based homeschooling, this would be a wonderful addition.

I definitely recommend this for all parents of faith who would like their little girls to learn more of the Word and to put Christian lessons such as empathy and thankfulness into action.

A book filled with Bible verses, stories, and age appropriate talk is just perfect for one of God's little princesses. Each devotional has a Bible verse to tie into the topic that the author is presenting. After the devotion is a section called Good-Night Giggles and Grace. This section helps the little reader/listener to be able to apply the topic in a way that is relevant. It ends with a sweet prayer.

My five year old daughter loves this book. The bright pink glitter and jewel covered crown caught her eye. The charming illustrations fill every page. The devotionals were clearly written with little girls in mind. My daughter was able to grasp each one I read to her and they provided an opening for more conversation. This book is definitely a keeper and I would highly recommend it for any little girl.

I received this book free of charge from Thomas Nelson in exchange for my honest review.

GOD'S LITTLE PRINCESS BEDTIME DEVOTIONAL BY SHEILA WALSH

is a wonderful Children's Book/Devotional/Prayer/Religion for ages 4-7.

"I liked this book because it is a good book for little Princesses or your gown up Princess. I also liked the pictures. I recommend this book for ages 7 +". This is from my nine-year old Grand-daughter.

Now for my thoughts:

I absolutely loved it. The scriptures are easy to follow, the pictures are amazing, and at the end of each chapter there is a section to help with prayer time. What more could you ask for? A great daily devotional for young readers! I would highly recommend this title. I hope this author writes a boy's version of this title soon. A definite keeper! A must read! Received for an honest review from the publisher and/or author.

First of all let me say that I love to get my hands on Devotionals.

This one maybe small as far as the size of the hardback book, but it is an absolutely one of the must have books that our young girls should have by their bed's!
