Not too much to the story... not really a lesson to teach, either, except a little about hibernation.

We read this because it’s Groundhog Day tomorrow. It’s cute and there are some groundhog facts at the end.

Very sweet story of a family of groundhogs that had tried to get their baby groundhog to sleep. So they could get ready for groundhog day. All their various animal friends came by to try to get the baby to sleep but each animal would fall asleep before she would fall asleep first. At the back of the book is true to life facts about real life groundhog
