An interesting yet a bit rigid framework and a lot of techniques. Maybe a bit too much, but enough that you can apply in design settings.

This is more of a workbook than anything. A piece of material to reference over and over as problems arise. I found this book very useful and reference it often

FINALLY FINISHED THIS.

There were some good techniques but it took quite a while to get there. I did some myself and my team in this book so hopefully I can use some of the techniques described in this book.
