This book is old and not really helpful.
I live in Canada and the jobs differentiate from those you can get in the states.
It was also very general from the start till the middle about how to write a cv, letter of intent etc.
There's only one tiny chapter about PoliSci and thats all.

Overall, not a bad help for political science majors (or anyone in general) I was annoyed that all of the "good stuff" or "meat" for political science majors was towards the end of the book, but I would look forward to an updated version of this guide. (Especially since this was written in 1999). It's 2015, time for a reboot.
