Teen angel, Persephone, is the only one in all of Heaven who can’t sing. In fact, her name literally means “Voice of Destruction.” So diving down one of Heaven’s portals, straight into singer Taylor Hamilton’s bedroom, seems like a good idea at the time. Maybe, just maybe, he can help. Plus, he is sooo cute!

While it can be fun swooning over a mortal, it can als

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book is precisely what it looks like. It is a light, clean romance about a teenage angel falling to earth to be with a mortal boy. The romance is sweet and perfectly clean. There are a couple of very chaste kisses that happen. The characters are a bit shallow, but generally likeable. The plot is predictable yet still enjoyable.

I would have liked to see the writing and the characters a little more develop

I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

This book turned out to be way better than I expected. I found the beginning to be very corny with the pillows in Heaven made out of clouds and such, and I wish that she had the bracelet from Peter right away after going though the portal to earth because hiding her wings in that backpack was driving me nuts an it was so unbelievable that no one really questioned why she wore it constantly especially at work. But once she got the

Fallen Angel is a clean, quick YA read with plenty of humor and a few tense situations that move the story along. Most of the issues and feelings in the story aren't things I relate to at this point in my life (so glad to be past that teen stuff), but I think many young teen girls would enjoy Persephone's story, especially if they can relate to crushing on a cute boy and/or wanting to change something about themselves so they can stay with their friends.

Although somewhat clueless in her n

I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. Persephone is quite an angel. She's spunky, sweet, thoughtful, and determined. Her friend, Saffron, literally gets sucked into Persephone's fall. Together, they manage to pull off some interesting feats. And along the way, Persephone falls in love. :) I loved the end to this book. It was where I thought things might go, and I'm glad they did. The story line is quick, upbeat and always thoughtful. This is a book full of little things you don ...more

I received this book as a read to review.

It was very cute. Persephone is an angel that can't sing. While watching "mortals" in the pool she sees Taylor and thinks he's cute. She then hears his voice and falls in love with it, wishing she could sing like that. She ends up going through the portal to get Taylor to teach her how to sing and ends up having all sorts of problems.

It was a little too fluffy for me but it was a good read.
