I read this book in four sittings and I wept every time she wrote about the details of her childhood abuse because it was very similar to mine. I liked the way the book was written in how she wrote from both the patient and therapist perspective.

I appreciate this book so much because I believe it encouraged me to face my own wolf in my own therapy session even though they are not an intensive 'Deep Feeling' approach.
