This book will not disappoint. Mature hero and heroine. They actually talk things out as I have seen this happen in the four books in this series that I have read to date. Very pleased with this book. My favorite of the first four. I highly recommend this book. Reading the series enhances the story and they flow from one book to the next.

I really enjoy this story!:)I really love Laura's Mark of the Vampire series and I wanted to read one of her earlier books.:)Clint is a protective and sexy man.*g*And I really like that he take care of Tara!
I'm a romantic person and this story is that.:)I want to read more of Laura's earlier books!
The next one I want to read is Cinderella and the Playboy.

Locked Up with a Lawman. is one of those stories you will be sorry if you don't read. And so far, I've been happy with the series.

Clint Andover... What a gorgeous man! I always loved cowboys and heroes in law enforcement. They just come off as so strong and protective and sooo gorgeous. They'll make your heart sigh with their oozing charm, and your toes curl with their protective nature.

I also liked Tara's character. She's feisty, strong, smart, and stubborn yet with a hint of vulnerability. I really enjoyed the romance between Tara and Clint because they complement each other. They were perfect for each other.

If you want a book that's got a little mystery, a little action, snappy banters, lots of romance, and lots of heat, then you need to snag a copy of Locked Up with a Lawman. It's a great read. I certainly look forward to the next book in this series.
