“Don’t try to be my hero. Don’t care about me. Don’t let go.”

Twenty-two-year-old Beatrice Stevens lives to dance. Two years ago she walked in on the picture of horror: after stabbing her mom 34 times, her father killed himself. Blitzkrieg Love is written in Beatrice's POV giving us a view of who she really is. Beatrice is a dancer, traumatised by an event that took her mother away from her. Years later, she still doesn't trust easily, and the only man she trusted is her ex. She gets a job offer in a Club and while scoping it, she meets Antony.

I like Beatrice' character. She knows what she wants and goes for it. Anthony was patient and exactly what Beatrice needed to get over that painful past. And he called her Sparro

"Secrets are living things that eat your soul. You keep them hidden because you're afraid everyone will know not what you're hiding, but how much of you your secrets have been eating. How little you've been able to fight their monstrous hunger."

Bea's father killed her mother and killed himself in the most gruesome way. The scene of her father hugging her mother in that bloody mess left Bea traumatized of anyone acting like a dad and hugs. Two years later, Bea is taking up a job as a dancer and e

Beatrice has closed herself off since the day she witnessed the aftermath of her parent's murder-suicide. Her sense of love and security ended that day and she now relies only on herself. Her motto is look, don't touch.....except under her terms. The only time she feels alive is when she's dancing which reveals her true emotions to all. She's a strong young woman forced to grow up quickly who's not afraid to speak her mind. With all the emotional baggage she carries it's going to take a strong m ...more

Smart, fun, and incredibly sexy, Blitzkrieg Love has all the elements of a great story. Told from the point of view of Bea, a young 20-something dancer in a nightclub, Blitzkrieg Love follows her as she is forced to find her inner strength and overcome her fears.

Bea is a great lead. Though far from perfect, she is a young independent woman who is not afraid to speak her mind. She dances because she loves how alive it makes her feel and is not ashamed to stick to her morals and not take it any f

Beatrice Stevens keeps herself sheltered from touch, it doesn't mean that she doesn't partake in the occasional affair, but it is always with her rules. Her one area of pure freedom is her ability to dance, she expresses all those emotions she bottles up and lets them free with the rhythm of music. When she is offered a dancing position at an elite club, she decides to check it out but doesn't plan on walking directly into the path of Anthony Gowl.

Tony knows the instant she bumps into him he is

Blitzkrieg Love by Livia Olteano is an ominous, heart-wrenching read. The word blitzkrieg originated from German and means an intense campaign intended to bring about a swift victory. This book is an intense, dangerous love story with a well deserved happy ending. The title is perfect for this book.

This was really a beautiful story. Very well written. I hope the author visits some of the side characters in a future book.

I'm a fan of the Summon series (I like this author a lot) that's why I gave this book a try. Now, here comes the part that I dread the most : first of all, I gave it two stars because I didn't find the main characters interesting enough to hold my attention. I believe that an author puts a lot of effort into a book. Said that, I think Livia Olteano has a lot of talent no doubt about it! However, I am NOT impressed with this book at all the heroine if anyone wants to call it that (I would call he ...more

This was a really good story. I enjoyed it that much, I wished it would go a bit longer. So why only 3 Stars:

The title is an absolutely NO GO! I am even embarrassed to put it on my list. I really was thinking about not to mention it at all but I like it enough to put it put there.
One more point which reduced my rating was the abrupt ending. For all the brokenness of him and her, the ending was rushed.

But again, the story was great but the name is NOT acceptable in any case!

Livia Olteano is a loud and proud coffee addict, lover of all things beautiful and incurable romantic.

She believes stories are the best kind of magic there is. And life would be horrible without magic. Her hobbies include losing herself in the minds and souls of characters, giving up countless nights of sleep to get to know said characters, and trying to introduce them to the world. Sometimes they
