I liked how it showed substitutions for popular items at restaurants. I think it will make me much more aware of calories when I'm ordering food. The only bad thing was the pictures of the food looked so good that it made me really hungry and I ended up eating chocolate ice cream while reading it! That was on the bad list! But I didn't have a fudge popsicle to substitute it with. In any case, I'm looking at that experience as a positive because as soon as I rid my fridge of the bad things, I can restock it with the lower calorie stuff.
Th fast-food guides will be of more use than the everyday meals because I think a lot of their 'healthier' options could be improved upon by almost anyone.
