To be honest I expected more from this book. It's ironic because after my diagnosis I asked my doctor if I should purchase any books on the subject, and he said it might be a waste of money and I get all my information on the internet. Right he was.
Nothing in this book was new or revealing, the list with foods that are more or less tolerable was also nothing new. Save yourself the money and google things.

Good, concise information. Extensive recipes a bonus! Could've been clearer at times.
