I feel like there's less about how to actually care for a Cancer and more general information, some of which was unnecessary to include. For example, there is a section that goes on about the moon and a bit of its history simply because the sign Cancer is ruled by the moon. I think the author rambled quite a bit and went off-topic in certain parts. However, for some, I can make an exception because this book seems like it's for beginners, and just generally people who are new to astrology.
In all honesty, I was about to give this book one star until I reached the last three chapters. These were the most informative in my opinion and actually corresponded with the title of the book. I liked the fact that the author included quotes from Cancers or people who are close to them, it gives more insight. In addition to that, the part about getting over a Cancer might quite possibly be my favorite. It was not only informative, but I found it to be genuinely beneficial to anyone who might need it. Overall, I think this book could've been better (for me personally) without all the unnecessary information and repetition.
tl;dr: quite a few parts were unnecessary, last few chapters saved this book
