Well...ummmm...yeah. I've been holding off writing this review because I'm still not quite sure how I feel about it. I guess when it comes down to it this book wasn't bad but it wasn’t particularly great, either.

Emma's a beautiful and popular college senior who's managed to hold on to her V card despite the fact she's had a serious boyfriend for a year. Right before her spring break trip to Cancun with her three besties, the winner she's dating decides to b
I listened to the Audible version of this book during my commute to and from work this week. It was a nice story and entertaining. The characters were easy to like. I unwittingly read another book this week with many similarities. As a result, I started to confuse the details of the two stories and who did what. It was a fairly short book, with only about five hours of audio. It wasn't great, but wasn't bad either. It fell somewhere in the middle. It was alright to pass a little time, but won't ...more

I'm not to sure i want to continue reading this book.
First of all I'm only at the first chapter and let me tell you it feels as if the books been written buy a 14 year old. the writing is just plain, fair enough the punctuation and all that is really well but the writing style just lacks that certain something that makes a book interesting.
The main character was a drag. I just couldn't connect with her. She was too childish and dreamy.

I'm 22yrs old same as the character and i had a very thoro

The story starts off steamy and gets immediately weird. Emma has sexy dreams about some guy and magically meets him in Cancun. After spending one night with him (in which she is so drunk she passes out) she falls in love with him. Not one of her college girlfriends on this trip thinks this is weird at all. And when she tells Brandon (sexy hot Cancun guy) about her dreams, he doesn't think it is weird either; but, wa

I saw some of the ratings and reviews just before I started this book and, to tell the truth, I was not expecting much but WOW was I SURPRISED! I have to say, for ME this book was a VERY enjoyable read. I read for pure enjoyment and I don't take my romance reads very critical. I don't mind if things

Emma is not the only one spinning in a dream world. I'm still dazed and confused. First she has dreams starring the perfect man, then the dream comes true in Cancun when he appears in the flesh. He stays around long enough to "un-virgin" our sweet Emma. But he soon takes leave. So, Emma, who was virgin before she spent one drunken night on the beach with Dream Man is no longer a virgin. But you better not get too comfortable with that fact. 'Cause she might have been dreaming after all. Yep, sud ...more

I let out a deep moan, anticipating the pleasure that would soon greet me --BEEP BEEP BEEEEP! BEEP BEEP BEEEEP! As I opened my eyes, I clumsily found my alarm clock. I was lying on my bed. In my bedroom. Realization slowly crept its way into my consciousness. It was all a dream. All just a dream. A dream.

Emma is having quite vivid and HOT dreams, staring a stranger that makes her blood sizzle unlike her boyfriend.
Now after ending her relationship, she is set to Cancun, to spend her senior Sp

Engaging characters - a little short I would have liked a little more detail especially about the characters backgrounds.

I have to be brutally honest and say that while I did find the story compelling the story as a whole was so short I did feel somewhat short-changed.

I really liked both Emma and Brandon but felt that their characters needed more depth. This would have aided the understanding of their actions and interactions a lot better.

At times, Emma seriously made me cringe due to her immat

Endearing romance story! This is Jessica Wood's first book and it is really remarkable. This is easy reading, fun and engaging story of what happened one night during spring break in Cancun and the ramifications thereafter. Recommended to all who still remember their college years, first romances and their first jobs.

DAMN IT. now to wait.... Jessica I'm so cursing at you with love.

Jessica Wood’s debut novel A Night to Forget is simply stunning and original. Jessica left me wanting so much more and yet satisified. This book kept me guessing from the first chapter to the end. Hell, I’m still guessing! I’m not saying this in a bad way either. I was completely entertained with this novel and I was completely taken in by this story. Jessica’s debut novel is very well written and I couldn’t compliment it more. To

A Night To Forget is a sexy and fun read. I fell in love with Emma and Brandon and couldn't wait to see where this story was going to take them. Let me tell you, nothing is as it seems in this book. There were many times where I was left with my jaw hanging open.

This book is the story of Emma, a recent college grad and her relationship with the man of her dreams! Literally! Read it and you'll see what I mean. Great debut novel by Jessica Wood. I can't wait to read A Day To Remember. I'm already

and special thanks to the Author.

This is another one of those books that had me hooked with the synopsis and consumed by the end of the first Chapter. I devoured this book in bed last night, with the pouring rain outside as a backdrop to this sweet story.

A Night To Forget tells the story of Emma, a young woman who has a simplistic, orderly life that is void of any real passion. At the least the kind of passion that invades her dreams at night, in the form of a gorgeous,

This is a hard one for me. I try to find something in the story I can relate to, because in the end - if I can find some piece that I can link to something then I can really end up feeling something. Whether that be for the characters, the story or even if I can find some type of personal relief. This sort of fell a little flat for me in the connection.

Emma has been having vivid dreams about a man she hasn't met. She i

Emma has been dreaming of the same man for the past few months. She’s never seen him but knows she wants him. However, she’s been dating Mike for a long time and it hasn’t felt right to give her virginity to him. He’s finally had enough of that and ends things with Emma right before her Spring Break trip to Cancun. What better way to spend a week in Cancun? Single with your best friends!!

Ok so the book starts off nice and steamy with Emma and Mr. Hottie and then we find out its a dream! I wish I had dreams like that!!!

Emma has had some very bad experiences early on and is still a virgin being a senior in college. Her boyfriend for a year Mike thinks he waited enough and they end up breaking up the day before she is to leave on

This review is going to be short because the book was rather short and I don’t want to spoil it for you!! Especially since there is a little cliffie to leave you hanging for the next book. Soooo…Emma ventures to Cancun with a few of her girlfriends. While there, she meets the man of her dreams. Literally!!!!! She has these recurring dreams of this beautiful, sexy man and by nothing short of a miracle here he is!! After a rather eventful night, she awakes

This story by Jessica Wood is an great erotic story about a college senior with incredibly vivid sex dreams. One catch...she's a virgin. A traumatic event during her freshman year left her afraid of men, while still craving a man's touch.

Just not her boyfriend Mike's.

Newly single and on an exciting spring break trip to Cancun with her friends, Emma encounters the literal man from her dreams. Stranded and unable to share a fun event with her friends, and finds herself in the company of Brandon

That was a great book, but really really short. I felt like it could be longer and the end felt like it should be the middle of a longer s book.

Because it was short for me the book passed so fast. In addition to be short it was also very fast paced which for me make the book looks like even shorter.

The plot is interesting. So after expending the best night of her life in Cancun she goes away and leave her number, but the guy never calls. After she's been heartbroken for a couple of months she

Everyone had them. The dream of the perfect guy, a mystery man. A man that in your dreams, makes you feel levels of emotion that seem to elude you during your waking hours.

In Emma's case, she meets her mystery man while on Spring Break in Cancun. She spends one glorious night with her dream man, leaving him sleeping the morning after --- after she leaves her phone number on his night stand.

I would love to see it all wrapped up. I am not a fan of series or trilogies that come out too far apart. I cant stand waiting.

I absolutely loved this book from the very first page. I didn't put it down until I had finished the entire thing. I loved the fast paced and sexy aspects that this book had, while also leaving Emma as a real girl with actual issues, which tends to not happen in most books. The author absolutely had your attention and kept you on your toes and guessing about what was going on with poor Emma and dream boy. And everything is thrown for a twist more than once which I loved. The author was also good ...more
