"Resisting the Tycoon's Seduction" is the story of Marissa and Zeke.
Marissa is out lingerie shopping, when a tall, handsome stranger gives his input about how beautiful she would look in the pink bra. Thoroughly scandalized, she runs away only to realize he has bought the undergarments for her!
Daughter of a ruthless mafia, Marissa and her younger sister Sierra have lived a sheltered and fearful life, and been pawns in her father's hands.
Soon she realizes that Zeke is a tycoon who her father wants to use for nefarious purposes, and needs Marissa's help to do the same- by using her body!
When she finally gets courage to approach Zeke, she is unable to go through with the planned seduction. However, Zeke knows he wants Marissa, and after their ONS, decides to make her his!
Very sweet love story with a crazy hero, innocent heroine, average sex, sibling drama and a sweet epilogue with HEA.
Low angst, entertaining read. Looking forward to Sierra's book!

A cute story

This is the 1st book in the series and it was okay . The h is the daughter of a mobster, she and her sister are trying to get away from their father. The H sees the h and is immediately attracted to her. The plot was nonexistent, the h came off as weak and helpless. The H treated her like a weak woman who couldn’t understand what was happening. He wouldn’t tell her what was going on with her father. It became boring.

It wasn't bad but at times it was kind of long going and boring, despite being so short. I didn't care for the 'hero' at all.

enjoyed reading this book.. it went a little too quick, I think it could have had much more detail in and more events to be made longer ... but I'm looking forward to reading book 2

More ★★☆ stars for me. The book was style over substance and should have been better.
