This book was not what I expected it to be, but it also surpassed my expectations. I learned a lot about religious history in the U.S. It was an interesting starting point for me in my understanding of Islam. I am not a believer in any religion, but I am striving to better understand my Muslim siblings in this human family. This book showed me that I have more to comprehend than I originally conceived.
