A must read for anyone interested in property investment. In depth knowledge of if you should manage yourself, how to manage, how to research management companies & what to look for when hiring one. I’ll be referring to this book for a long time.

It was an OK book. There were a few tidbits that were good. Basically I think you could have some of the equations and that he highly stresses getting a property manager and that would sum up the book. As quick as it was though it was probably still worth the read.

This is mainly a book trying to convince you to hire a property manager and not how to manage the property.

As a small real estate investor with 9 unit under my belt, this has truly open up my eyes on how we have been operating our investment.

Covers the basics—I wish it could have just been the last chapter. And the resources printed out. Kind of the runofthemill self boastful real estate tycoon book.

Good book and useful

I expected more details about the experience of property management tasks and day by day activities in order to visualize the business in a better way

Libro rápido con un gran título y un pobre contenido. La conclusión es que contrates a una empresa que administre tus propiedades. Fin del libro.

Got more from this book than his 'ABC's of Real Estate Investing" - Really in depth about managing property with interesting food for thought calculations and food for thought I didn't think about before - however again this focuses more on multi unit buildings vs the average investment property owner who may have multiple units around his niche area of investment - but nevertheless still good principles of managing your property portfolio well

This book offered very little in the way of how to actually manage a property. The majority of the book was centered around picking a property manager, while the other half was explaining what a pain in the ass it is to manage a property yourself. The examples and advice that was given was at an extremely high level, for someone managing huge apartment complexes rather than a few single family homes.

It wasn't as fun or inspiring a read as Rich Dad Poor Dad (I think the association set my expectations a bit too high) but it was useful and I enjoyed the teaching through stories. I wish there had been more about how to manage a property rather than choose a property management company but overall a quick and informative read!

Pretty good. It is a little more targeted toward multi-unit property owners, but it at least made me think certain things over for our single property.

This book might be helpful to someone who is brand-new to property management. There are a few good pointers but most of it is basic common sense.
