This book explains the power of the Ana B'koach prayer. It breaks it down to each letter, sequence and gematria. For those that do not speak or read ivrit (Hebrew) or at least are knowledgeable in Torah/Kabbalah may not fully understand it, even though he explains it throughly.
If you're going to read this book as someone who has no knowledge in Torah or the daily/prayers and the Hebrew language, you are not going to fully understand how to meditate on the prayer.
However, this book is a must have for those of us that are looking for deeper spiritual ways of communicating and connecting to the Divine Providence! This prayer is said on every Shabbat along with the rest of our morning prayers, but not many people that read it, truly understand the power behind it.
I highly recommend reading this book over and over, until you master the proper way of meditating on it and praying.
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Just like any Hebrew book, it contains Holy Names of G-d, please treat it with upmost respect!
