There's everything to love about the phrase that repeats: it directs our attention ("there!") and then lets us pause ("in the space of" anything). Alas, the art didn't bring in the preschoolers I was sharing this with until it got to the snail in the hand, and the language and concepts stayed just a bit out of reach.

A beautiful story/poem and illustrations to describe the wonders of nature from a child's pint of view.
