My company enrolled me in the FTLD course which includes the 10 module online courses in conjuncture with reading the book. Over the course of 10 weeks me and 16 coworkers discussed the ideas in the book along with the author. Most of this was over my head since I've just become a project manager with little to no financial background. I learned a lot of good strategies for maximizing profits and best practices for my career. I would definitely recommend this book and course to other engineering firms.

This is an excellent book to understand cash flow within an AEC business and how individual components affect the totals.
