Jade Jones discovered her passion for creative writing in elementary school. Born in 1989, she began writing short stories and poetry as an outlet. Later on, as a teen, she led a troubled life which later resulted in her becoming a ward of the court. Jade fell in love with the art and used storytelling as a means of venting during her tumultuous times.

Aging out of the system two years later, she was thrust into the dismal world of homelessness. Desperate, and with limited income, Jade began dancing full time at the tender age of eighteen. It wasn't until Fall of 2008 when she finally caught her break after being accepted into Cleveland State University. There, Jade lived on campus and majored in Film and Television. Now, six years later, she flourishes from her childhood dream of becoming a bestselling author. Since then she has written the best-selling "Cameron" series.

Quite suitably, she uses her life's experiences to create captivating characters and story lines. Jade currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. With no children, she spends her leisure shopping and traveling. She says that seeing new faces, meeting new people, and experiencing diverse cultures fuels her creativity. The stories are generated in her heart, the craft is practiced in her mind, and she expresses her passion through ink.

The twins are back and the double doses they dish out just keep coming. Everyone has a score to settle and it seems as though even though their reasons are all different, one thing still remains the common denominator: Ebony. Second chances mean nothing to this hot headed twin as she deals out more pain than she has bottled up inside (that's a lot of pain). But for every action there is a reaction. Will Ivory get the last laugh..or one last cry?

I enjoyed part two a lot. Only issue I had with the series was the use of the wrong name in terms of the twins in a few scenes. Very fast paced and filled with action. It had many suspenseful moments and surprises as well. I loved the way the author wrapped up the series in only two books. That's rare these days in urban fiction. I was left totally satisfied with the ending.

Great Read

Ivory found herself caught up after the death of Black. I would think after being manipulated by her twin sister Ebony. Ivory would've been able to spot a snake when it came slithering but nope. Alevin befriended Ivory because she had an agenda and Ivory fell for it. Alevin was a snake. After being shot and damn near dying. Ebony still didn't change her trifling and scandalous ways. The only thing she did right was leave Zander alone. He was too good for her. When Rell told Jah he was going to regret letting Ebony live. It was true. Ebony wanted revenge and teamed up with someone from Jah past. Savage was a rude, uncouth, disrespectful dude. Just the type Ebony love but Jah was on his radar. He had a score to settle with Jah. Savage was also holding a secret. When Ebony double crossed him. He told her what her Karma was. Savage left Ebony with something she can't get rid of.

page turner

Part 2 was a wild ride! I just hate how naïve Ivory is, she lets everyone control her, even her own twin. She just wants to be loved, but that ain’t the way to get it. Oh and don’t let me get on Ebony, she is a treacherous twin. She stays doing people dirty, even setting up her own sister! Zander definitely ended up with the wrong twin. This series is crazy AF if you want something that’ll keep you turning pages and take your emotions on a ride, this is it!

Nice ending

The repeatative phrases got on my nerves by the end. I can not lie. More then 3 times it was stated that "she bit on the inside of her cheek. Something she did when she was nervous." This was part 2. That was understood in part 1. The storyline was great spell checking and editing no so great. But overall a good read. Nice work Ms Jones

I hated this ending!!! This is first and last time reading books by Jade Jones!!! First the name Ebony and Ivory, I think you could have been a little more creative! I don’t like spoiler alert so I’m not going to dive into the details of the book. Don’t was your time read a Cion lee book instead🤷🏽‍♀️

Ebony and Ivory 2: The Finale

Wow! I would have preferred a different ending. I didn't want Ivory or Jay to be killed. However, I was happy that Alevin's bullets didn't kill Zander like Alevin thought. He pulled through but still wants Ebony to give him another chance! This was an unbelievable good storyline.

Just evil

I don’t think I’ve ever read about a more heartless woman than Ebony! I felt bad for Ivory her being a pushover was something she couldn’t stop. All in all it was a good read.

I liked this one better than the first book. I didn't like the ending all that much, but I guess most people got what they deserved, and others got what was expected.

E & I 2

Great read. Karma definitely got Ebony. Ebony was all about herself. Her selfishness is what caused her life to go downhill. Good series to read.

Good book but needed more

Felt like something was left out. Could have been more for the ending. I don’t like that Ebony was able to live. 😂

Wow....I definitely didn't see that coming! Part 2 was even better than part 1. There was so much of backstabbing, lying, deceit, and most of all suspense in one, in this story. I hated that Ivory knew her twin better than she knew herself at times, however, she didn't grow a backbone at all. You would think that after her own sister would do her dirty, she would've turned cold, but she kept falling for the okey dokey, and it cost her life.

I hated Ebony, and I wanted Ivory, Jah, or Savage to give her karma. She was like a cat with nine lives. The way she treated everyone within her reach was disgusting. She was a cold- hearted, callous, sadistic female, without any morals. Some how, she still managed to walk away with her life, but she definitely didn't deserve it.

This was a very good story that picked up where the first one ended, I loved the way the author started off the story I couldn't believe that a twin sister could be so hateful, jealous, and deceitful esp against your own sister. I wish the author would have given Ivory more backbone in this story, she was too trusting and was taken advantage of quite a bit.
This would have been a 5 star story if it would have been edited properly. I love this author Jade Jones brings the Heat.

Vengeance at its best! This is yet another excellent read by Jade Jones! As Ebony & Ivory each meet new friends to conspire with, new foes emerge. Revenge is on several minds in this book & lives are damaged. As Ebony continued to use conniving tactics to get the upper hand on unsuspecting victims, Ivory's trusting nature failed her once more. This suspenseful follow-up was a quick & enjoyable read for me.

I enjoyed this book extremely...I enjoy all of Jade Jones books...lol. Which twin is frazier, SMS (shrugging my shoulders) only God knows but one is crazier than the other but you must read to find out. Will they ever find true love...No the question is do they have nine lives. LOL Love this book Jade did her thing and will keep reading whatever you put out so keep doing your thing.

A drama filled book with double trouble, from Ebony and Ivory. Ebony had a rough life, she did not feel love by her mother. Ebony did not like to look in the mirror at her reflection because of her past. Good book.
