Offers a case study approach on how nutrition plays a role in every day medical practices. I used this book as a resource when completing my clinical rotation during dietetic internship. Great Medical nutrition therapy book.

Still currently reading this book as part of continuing education course. Great for medical personnel who want to learn more about nutrition. Great read.
