I really enjoyed the opening to this exciting new fantasy/adventure series and eagerly look forward to the next installment and what adventures (and gods and monsters and beastly things) await the two young friends Oran and Glenn. As the description suggests, being a fan of rpg's and fantasy games, this series is going to fit me like a(n enchanted dragonscale) gauntlet. Since Eternal Queen, I've been hoping for more from K.S. Lewis, and now I see she has several projects in the works. Awesome. ...more

A great start to an epic adventure.

The influence of anime and RPGs on the author definitely shows through and made this unlike anything else I've read. I don't know what to say other than: read it!
