A huge chunk of this book is the JRC medical malpractice trial, which is totally appropriate and important for people to know about -- but I still wish for more essays! Maybe a part 2? I am eager to share some of them with my staff and help refine our language and actions to better express the acceptance philosophy that I so deeply embrace.
I loved the essays, so in a way the JRC trial proceedings - an account that took up a good chunk of the book - felt too detailed, too clinical and interminably harrowing. But it does belong, and in the end it spoke to me more than anything else. It may not be the best written collection, and not the best arranged, but it's important.
