Great for beginners! Looks at the physiology, moves, equipment and breaks it down to make it easy to understand. This book is a great addition together with Delavier and the Strength Training Bible series.

Very nice book; printed out in a high quality paper; with charts and graphics that depict the human muscles in great detail. I liked the explanations about how the dynamics of the muscle-training works and some explanations about how to manage the breath. The exercises per-se didn't provide any new knowledge from what I already knew; although the text-book approach was interesting and helpful.
