A basic book in psychology and customer management. Quite easy and fun to read.

Fortunately, my copy did not have this horrible cover but was simply a clean, blue hardcover.

Nothing earth-shattering, but it's good to have a refreshing perspective on personality, strengths, and cooperation as it relates to building a good working team. This is actually the second time I have read this book. It is an enjoyable way to learn about the different personality types. Almost every personality type breaks it down to four different personalities, and in this book they are the Guildhalls. The authors take it a step forward to break down the four main personality types into 12 occupations.

By using a Medieval Kingdom and occupations this is a good way for people to have fun and remember the different personalities.

I read this for a work book group. The information on personality types was more solid that it might seem at first glance because it is in a fluffy package. It was a fast read. As someone who has done other personality assessments with groups, I didn't find it to be unique enough to be worthwhile. If you haven't done DISC/Myers Briggs you would probably find it more valuable.

This was a quick, easy read. It gives good tips for getting to know your co-workers, customers, employees, etc. I've taken the personality test before so it was interesting to see where my style fit into the kingdom.
