Its a great overview of its namesake, "Buy, Rent, and Sell". Hopefully its also accurate because its the only book on the subject I've read.

Anyway it seems sound, I definitely recommend it as a starter read to understanding the real estate market in terms of investment.

Practical detailed advice from someone who's clearly been around the block a few times. Appreciate the book. Not particularly advanced materials, but does cover things like tax consequences, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, financing options, flipping, etc. Recommended for someone starting out.
