Griffin's Destiny concludes the epic tale of love’s triumph over evil begun in Griffin's Daughter and continued in Griffin's Shadow. Jelena has found acceptance and love among the elves, but war, a sweeping pestilence, and the death of her beloved leave her desolate. Unaware Ashinji still lives, she seeks comfort in the arms of a young soldier determined to marry her. Knowing Jelena’s life is in peril, Ashinji continues his desperate trek homeward. Racing against time, and chased by murderous slave hunters, he and his companions are out-matched until Ashinji breaks the bonds preventing him from tapping his own extraordinary magical power. As their world teeters on the brink of destruction, Jelena, Ashinji, and their allies must make desperate choices and risk all to save everything they know and love.

Ever since I can remember, I've been a storyteller. Characters constantly walk onto the stage of my mind, introduce themselves, and talk to me about their lives. I also see snippets of scenes, hear pieces of dialogue, even smell particular scents--it's like watching chunks of wild, amazing movies play in my head. Some of those bits eventually begin making sense, and that's when I start the writing process in earnest.

Some might call me crazy! Others of you out there know exactly what I'm talking about because it happens to you, too.

I'm that rare creature--an actual Los Angeles native. I have a big, warm loving family and a small, loving circle of friends. I'm a hardcore fantasy and sci-fi geek, and I wear my geekhood proudly! I'm also a political junkie and a trivia fan.

I've travelled extensively around the world and I practice the ancient and beautiful art of bellydance.

Be open-minded, non-judgmental, and loving and we can connect.

Griffin’s Destiny closes the trilogy with big stakes, bigger emotions, and a whole lot of magical chaos. Jelena’s grief hits hard, Ashinji’s fight to get back to her is tense and messy in the best way, and the world teetering on collapse keeps the pace humming. It doesn’t shy away from drama; romantic, magical, or otherwise and fans of classic YA fantasy quests will find plenty to sink into. A heartfelt, high-risk finale that lands more often than it stumbles.

Final book

As anticipated the story continues and a happy ending as expected. I like happy endings. So enjoyed this trilogy. It was well written and easy to read. Recommend it to all who enjoy fairy tales.

LIke any great storyteller, Leslie's AnnMore's finish to the Griffin's trilogy doesn't disappoint.

From the very first page, I felt as if I'd just turned the page at the end of Griffin's Shadow. The striking brilliance of her characters returns the reader to that moment in time without over burdening them with unnecessary backstory.

... and yet there is enough to allow a first-time reader to begin with this volume without feeling as if they'd missed something, although I'm certain that by stories end they'll want to go back and begin at the beginning.

Leaving no loose ends, Leslie has carefully and skilfully brought all of the characters stories to closure and answered all the nagging questions without seeming to patronise her readers.

The story of Jelena, The Griffin's Daughter and her beloved Ashinji had been a delight to follow.

I look forward to more from Moore. (Sorry, Leslie. I couldn't resist the temptation.)

In this great novel the adventure of Jelena and Ashinji continues....

Ashinji finally finds his way home and back into the arms of his wife. He meets his daughter and learns of the desperate situation in his home country. However, he learns what is going to be required of him to help to save the world.

Ashinji's brother finally has to face what he had done. Therefore, Ashinji must fight for his life from not only the enemies of the elves, but also from his family.

This is a great book and I read it in only 12 hours....If you have followed the Griffin novels in book one and two you will really love the final book!

I picked up Griffin's Daughter because it was a Free Kindle download...and now I know why. It was such a great book that you were hooked and HAD to find out what happens. I wound up purchasing both the other two books in the trilogy. Although none were as good as the first, the trilogy continued to entertain and was full of suspense. I had to find out how it was going to end. Great paranormal romance!

I wasn't expecting much from this series. But what a wonderful surprise it turned out to be. I just finished the last in this series and the emotions are still fresh in my heart. The author did a wonderful job of drawing us into the characters and the twisting and turning plot of this book. I can't recommend it enough! It's full of magic, love, evil, hate, overcoming all odds and a powerful message. You won't be disappointed.

This is the third book in the Griffin's Daughter trilogy. I did not enjoy this book as much as the first and I found myself skimming pages, particularly the war scenes. I did not doubt there would be a happy ending but the author suggested a possible future story line which seemed unnecessary. Why couldn't she have tied up the story here? I would not be interested in a 4th book in the 'trilogy'. I gave the book 3 stars because I was happy to revisit some characters and to see a happy ending.

This was a slightly less fulfilling and slightly less exciting book than #2. I still enjoyed reading it but I felt like it was more predictable and one of the things about book 2 was that it wasn't predictable. I also think the book would have been just a little better if . But again, enjoyable read.

Once I'd read the first two books, I sort of had to finish the trilogy, right? It losses momentum a bit and isn't as engaging as the first two books. The quality of each book declines a bit with each book; the first book was the best, the second was pretty good, and the conclusion felt a bit perfunctory.

....I can't even begin with this book...

Jelena ends her journey having basically lost everything she was looking for answers about (her parentage and her mysterious power) and somehow manages to have VERY FEW consequences.

AND THE BIG BAD STILL DID SO LITTLE DAMAGE THAT THERE WAS NO POINT TO ITS PLOT! NONE!

::all the rage ever::

The main storyline is interesting in this series, but I became more and more disappointed with the inappropriate scenes that really didn't need to be there. Would have loved it otherwise.

Great story and I would've given a 4 star but I hate it when authors just have to add a little bit of gay in their stories. It was not necessary at all!
