Greetings and welcome to my page,

There are three things you need to know about me - I love romance stories - I love the dark - and I love everything and anything that falls under the paranormal spectrum.

My name is Vicky Alice but I write under the name Angeltwist (a username I created when I was fourteen and has ended up sticking). I grew up in a part of a England that was filled with local legends and ghost stories, and I guess that's why I love writing paranormal romance stories with a horror twist.

All my stories are available on wattpad (link below). My most popular story 'Married to the Prince of Darkness', which has been ranked no.1 on wattpad 'what's hot list', and recieved over 23 million views!

You can view all my stories for free on wattpad, however note that they are first drafts so please excuse the odd typo.

I had never once in my life like to read vampire-based story but this one is just an exceptional. The story was just beyond amazing and I fall in love with the younger brother of the main character, Casper! No doubt. It's 5 stars worth.

-Good lord half way through the book and I was already annoyed with the h.

-According to her she had dreams with husband and kids and some degree but then she gets bit by a vampire who is her mate.

-All through the nineteen chapters she whines that the H bites her without permission and made her an vampire and just a day later she gives up her virginity to him and then immediately gets insecure when the H fails to show up the very moment she wakes up.

-I'm seriously done with wattpad girls and their over assumptions! She starts whining that she wasn't good enough, what if he didn't like it and blah blah blah!!!

- One star for the story concept which I liked very much only if the h was less whiney and less dumb I would've given it five stars.

This was a fun journey and while it had moderate predictability, there were definitely some twists I did not anticipate. I’d say not too shabby for my first wattpad read

The main female protagonist in this Book is super relatable. You may think of this as a cliche vampire story but it is so much more than that. Things will turn out the total opposite of what you might have thought. But that what makes you read the complete book. If you are looking for a book featuring vampires but it should have less cliches then read it.
Spoiler: The climax is very unexpected but amazing at the same time. You will definitely love that.

This book could've been so much more- nevertheless it was still a nice read.

To start off with the good part: I absolutely LOVED the storyline. It wasn't your normal vampire book, where it's all about learning how to hunt and how to live as a vampire. No, this one was 300% better than that. It focused more on the individual powers of each vampire, which was really interesting to read. The storyline was also well thought out, what seemed to be random actions in the book turned out to be part of a bigger story in the end. I can't complain about the storyline, that part was amazingly written.

However, the part that threw me off and made me give this only 3 stars are the characters and the whole soulmate situation. Both main characters were really bipolar, inconsequent, liars, manipulative and their relationship was just absolutely toxic throughout the whole book. They truly made me want to quit reading this book several times, but I pulled through bc of the rest of the story. Normally I like the (obvious) ship between main characters in books, as I'm a sucker for romance, but this one really did not sit well with me. It was rushed, no respect for one another, they didn't listen to one another and also trust was nowhere to be found. I don't say this often, but I think this book would've been far better without the lovestory. Or at least if the characters had a stronger personality instead of having multiple weak ones.

Anyway, if you love vampire books but are tired of reading the same-old, this one is definitely a refreshing read! The characters aren't the best, but the storyline makes up for it.

This may seem like a very childish and cliche book, but it's actually quite riveting. It has tons of unexpected characters and twists to the story. If you're into the world where everything is left to the imagination, then this book is for you.

I read this book on Wattpad and really enjoyed it. The storyline is jam-packed with twists and turns, misdirections, deceit, some violence, chemistry and love. I read this book in two sittings because I had to know how it ends. Excellent paranormal/mystery/romance read to wile away the hours.

I read this on Wattpad. I really enjoyed the story, although I wanted more character development, and the grammatical errors drive me a little nuts. But a great story, in and of itself.

I read this while browsing on Wattpad, and the thing that immediately caught my eye was that the grammar and spelling was better than most stories on there. I had to firstly point that out because I really appreciated the effort the author did in revising her work so that it was more grammatically correct, had better spelling, and that chapters and storylines synced with each other even post-edits. I didn't read this prior to the edit, but I believe the author made a number of noticeable changes to get the storyline to where it was when I was reading it.

I quite liked the beginning of the story - it showed some promise. The dialogue was funny, the characters were interesting, and the plot was intriguing. But then I noticed that midway through the chapters, the characters' way of speaking would change from how they were portrayed at the start. An example I noticed was how much more formal some characters were at the beginning, but then they started reverting to more modern speak towards the middle. It was a little confusing for me as a reader.

I was also confused by Luc's character because throughout almost all of the chapters, he was portrayed as unwaveringly loving Mia, albeit in a very clingy and jealous way. But then there was a chapter where he just suddenly got fed up with her and left her. It was so weird and unlike how he was portrayed. I didn't know if it was part of his darkness/mood swings, but it caught me off guard - and not in a good way. His was not the only character whose character development I didn't get as the story progressed.

I quite enjoyed the insertion of the ghost/undead aspet to this story. I liked visualizing how it would look like in the room with two doors, and then closing one to block off the communication. I sort of wish this aspect was expounded on more because it would have given more depth to Mia's character, and her powers. Her suddenly releasing all her powers at the latter part of the chapters, enough to disable Henrietta's powers (which Henrietta had developed over hundreds of years by the way) entirely, struck me as weird. I would understand if she was able to disable Henrietta's powers slightly, or in a confined space, but to disable it throughout the entire kingdom was a little strange to me.

I hate to be so nitpicky about a story that intrigued me so much that I finished all chapters within a day (haha). There were just parts of it I enjoyed, and other parts I didn't, and other parts that I felt could have been improved upon more.

This book was all over the place. Good and bad.

First, the plot was a crazy rollercoaster. When you think you knew what was happening, bam, plot twist. Again and again and again. This is what kept me reading. I loved not being able to see what was fully going to happen.

Secondly. The main characters were crazy.
-Mia was for the most part obnoxious. I hate him, I love him, I don't trust him, I trust him...so on and so on. Maybe it because she was being manipulated by Henrietta. Who knows?!? She did however get better at the end when she came clean to Luc.
-Luc was definitely dark. He came into the picture and was gone quickly each and every time. He never stayed around Mia. It was odd. For someone who loves their mate fiercely he didn't show it most times. Maybe the darkness played with him too much.

Overall, the book as a whole was good. I just wish there was more of a love connection between Mia and Luc.

The story was top noche. I liked the book for the fact that the reader couldn't be certain about anyone one at one point. It was all like being in the middle of a crime scene where everyone was a suspect. Although I didn't like the love interest pf the story that much, because I am usually fond of slow paced romances. In this story, the leads meet. Idk she's annoyed at him for killing her. He kisses her. She forgets everything. They have sex. And fall in love, in like no time. So I guess it lacked in development of the love story line. Plus, I felt the character development was close to zero. When I read a book I want the protagonist to go from rock bottom to sky rocketting but that didn't happen. There were some loop holes too. Somethings were kinda left unexplained. But the book altogether inspite of the short comings was great. I loved to read it. But reread? I won't.

I loved the first half of the book, I give it 5 stars, but the book goes downhill steadily to be a one star book by the end. I hated Luk and I wanted her to divorce him or kill him and be free, that's why the book went downhill for me when she started to fall in love with him.
It's more like 2.5 stars.

It was quite different, and not at all what I expected. I did enjoy some certain aspects of it. But the end wasn’t something I enjoyed, certainty Luc could have done better, and he could have acted better towards Amelia. I liked the very matrimony on Halloween night and the creepiest parts, but overall, the book wasn’t bad.

This book completely hooked me up from the beginning. Well planned and interesting supernatural book. Love between the leads is simply awesome. Being a Vampire girl, I can say that one never should miss this if you fancy supernatural stories. Each character plays unique roles and the mystery behind every single character glorify the book.

An obvious 5 out of 5 stars for me 💓 I'm freaking in love with this book. This is not just a typical vampire romance story. This is a new experience for me. I cried a lot. Because that's me. Lol. But seriously. This is one of the greatest vampire books I've ever read. Love it so sooooo much! 💓😍😭
