Shelves: bad-consent, m-m, kink
So the first time I read this story, I was kind of disoriented. I thought we'd already had the story about going to the mad king as an ambassador - In Training (part 4 of Rebirth). Boy, I was wrong. I should have trusted the author. While feeding pretty much the same interrogation kink (hot!), it's not the same story at all - this is what happens next, and it builds on the previous story so it's even richer. And the resolution is so ... beautiful. Tragic, glorious, sweet. You need words like cat ...more
