This was fascinating! It is over 40 years old so not everything is still open, but this was a very interesting guide to the city I’ve called home for almost 6 years. S/O Hank for this one

Wonderfully waspish. Applewhite covers the D.C. architecture that he thinks is interesting, and leaves it at that. The pen-and-ink illustrations by Fred H. Greenberg are meticulous.
