A lovely visual to the traditional Christmas carol! I own two copies of this book (both vintage, but one much older) and I enjoyed each one. I found myself singing along in my head as I read them. Fun and festive! A wonderful addition to any vintage Christmas book collection.

Adding to my Golden Book collection, this 1983 picture book is based on the traditional song making it a very accessible read for young children. Its cumulative format makes it good for multiple voices and for one strong reader to lead a more reluctant reader.
