"I have sat in a class taught by Ed once. I mean I have learnt Organizational Behavior as a subject from him. However, this book kind of disappointed me. I just felt that it was highly prescriptive. It did not induce me to think differently about strategies that are not only sustianable but also scalable. I would say, knowing Ed, this book was just a okay read.
