When you’re the last man standing…

Not only was Logan Delaney the last of his siblings to remain unmarried and unsettled, his entire family believed he’d never find a wife. The baby of eight, he’s been dubbed an irresponsible player and told he’ll never amount to a hill of beans. And at one time, Logan may have been okay with those descriptions, but no more. On a quest to p

A Slower, Lower Leap is a heartwarming feel-good story with a Lifetime movie feel to it that features a former irresponsible young man that in the name of love completely turns over a new leaf and becomes a to-die-for hero who is sugary sweet. Logan is the youngest of the Delaney children and up to now has been a womanizer who doesn't take responsibility seriously. He has the hots for Lizzy but with all the baggage that comes with being with her his family has tried to keep them apart since they ...more

Snaring a reader’s attention from the get-go is the aim of all writers and Ms. Munro managed to do that here. Only by the end of the f

I must start this by saying something I haven't admitted in a while: I think I may be a bit too young for that book. Or maybe it was just the fact that there are two more books in this series and I haven't read them... Whatever it was, I didn't enjoy this book as much as I had hoped I would.

The minute Logan Delaney saw Elizabeth Jenkins for the first time, he knew she was different. The second he called her on the phone, she chewed him out giving him an earful, only to capture his heart. The next three months the randy Logan who had been badgered to death by his family to settle down, has gone about doing everything possible to prove he has grown up and has found the one he wants to settle with LIzzy.

Lizzy has been burned before, when she got pregnant and the man who helped her get

I really like this series. Maybe it's because I had seven uncles and an aunt and tons of cousins myself growing up and all but the baby uncle have been or were married over 50 years - he's close. It all feels so familiar and warm. In A Slower, Lower Leap, Logan, the baby of the family takes on more than he saw coming with a ready-made family and a special one at that. Lizzy doesn't trust easily, she can't with what she's gone through but that Delaney family leaves no one behind. Enjoy!!

Lila Munro currently resides on the coast of North Carolina with her husband and their two four-legged kids. She’s a military wife with an empty nest and takes much of her inspiration for her heroes from the marines she’s lived around for the past fifteen years.
