Organization was sub-par. It would be very difficult to use as a reference book. It was more of a story about how and why the author does things rather than a how to manual. There has to be something better out there for people interested in refinishing and repairing furniture.

Used as guide when refinished furniture inherited from my grandfather. Was very useful for a novice.
