This was a quick and entertaining read. Looking at the cover, you might be thinking this book is anything from YA to NA. It's actually neither. The lead character, Christina, is a sassy thirty-something who becomes the fixation of a serial killer in her hometown of Fate. You see, Christina has a number of jobs. Her main one is as a yoga instructor. But she also has a secondary income from creating fake social network accounts for people. Complete with cobbled together profile

I loved this book so much that I read for 7 hours straight; slept and then read for a couple more hours to finish the book basically in one sitting.

Awesome story line. Obviously loved the characters and was sucked in from the beginning. Can't wait to read the next two books. I'm sure I'll love their stories as much as I did Chris's. I do hope that their life's work of finding the missing ends up with some resolution for their missing childhood friend Summer.

Fate, it always comes, to Fate

Chris has been searching for Summer, her childhood friend who disappeared years ago. In the interim she has searched for other lost children. Enter hunky FBI agent Ryan.
Good story but I would have liked it if the suspect would have died in jail trapped there like his victims.

What a fun surprise! I bought this on my Kindle and it was a steal for $1.99, but even better it was really good! Fast-paced, interesting plot line and characters with some depth to them. The romance was heavy-handed to me because it took a while to get to it, then it really took off, but it didn't take away from the pacing of the story. Looking forward to more from this author.

Besides that FBI and police wouldn't work like that and the killer couldn't hide in a small town of close to 3000 poeple, the story was actually pretty good, interesting characters, some romance, some tragedy, sporadic action and fried chicken .......will see what happens in book two.
