THIS IS ISSUE NUMBER THREE?!? I need to find the first two issues. I am having a hard time writing this review coherently because it was so dang amazing. I want more Fionna and Cake. I want Fionna and Cake always!
Also, Flame Prince is the biggest babe in the history of drawing. Swooooon!
The shorts were SO GOOD. I loved the Lumpy Space Prince story so hard. So funny. And the beautifully drawn preludes/interludes were so so nice and also so confusing I need to know morrrrrrrrre.
Recommendedddddddddddddd. READ ITTTTTTT.

This is sitting at a good 3.5 stars, but I figured I'd be nice for once and round up
This was unbelievably cute! The characters made me laugh pretty loudly, in traditional Adventure Time style, and they were well written too!
AND THE BOYS NIGHT PART, WHEN THEY GOT MATCHING T-SHIRTS. OH MY GODS.
Also, after reading this, I would definitely say I am a shipper of Fionna/Marshall Lee. THEY WERE SO BLOODY CUTE DAMMIT!
Buuuuut... this is where my biggest complaint arises. I recently have been reading the non gender-bent comics, and have noticed that this one, with Fionna and Cake is HIGHLY more romaticised than the stories of Finn and Jake, and for some reason, that bothered me. It bothered me a LOT. I'm not one generally for romance, and the constant romance plot in this just kinda... ruined the experience a little? (although as stated as above, Fionna/Marshall Lee is great, and it MUST BE MADE CANON).
Let end on a high note, with this stunning piece of art at the end of the book (that I now realise is an ACTUAL COVER. SOMEONE HOLD ME) that rivals the cover of the one and only Great Gatsby cover

Meh. I was never super feminine or girly girl, so this didn't appeal to me much. Just because Jake is now a girl doesn't mean the name has to be Cake. Finn as Fionna has luscious hair that gets in the way, is infatuated by pretty boy princes, and has sparkly pink boots. Meh.

La yo de hace 8 años está muy emocionada con este número y la cantidad de momentos que tuvimos de Marshall con Fionna. Que además claro está, llenos de comedia porque de eso vivo y si alguien le robé la personalidad en esta vida, fue a la rubia que comparte una neurona con su gatita.
En verdad, las veces que se me salió la carcajada por el simple hecho de ver a los personajes zoning out o diciendo los diálogos más absurdos... Literalmente la mitad de los paneles se veían así: ʕ•͡౪•ʔ ᕕ( ᐕ )ᕗ ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗᕕ( ᐕ )ᕗ Y ni me digan del baby sling, que me tuvo riéndome más de lo que debería.

Pienso que los fans de hora de aventura y especialmente de las historias cortas de hora Fionna y Cake adorarán este cómic (me incluyo) no tengo mucho que decir me ha gustado mucho la historia y los gráficos, es totalmente la esencia de hora de aventura. Y la sección de ilustraciones que encontramos al final me resulta preciosa.

My Thoughts
I really enjoyed this comic! I blew through it, and it was a great story. I love the Adventure Time TV show, so when I found out about the comics I knew I had to get them. Let me just say it was money worth spent. I love Fiona and Cake and I wish there were more than 2 episodes of them, however I am excited that they have comics on them now! Their are a total of 6 Fiona and Cake comics, and me being stupid, I picked up the third one before the first and second.
I love the drawings in this comic. It was like the style of the TV show. I HATE it when the drawings look different from what the characters really look like. The whole story was so cute! I just love Adventure Time. It has fun and imagination combined into one cute show (and comic).
I was excited because at the end we had as the comic called it *opens book and checks* "Sweet Shorts". They really were sweet. The sweater one was hilarious. I found myself laughing so much while reading this. It's just cute and funny to read. It was definitely nice to read a short book for a change. It made me feel like a speed reader flipping through a page every 30 seconds.
When you first open the book the inside first page was so cute. The back was cuter though. All the characters were cute, but Lumpy Space Prince was the best. I LOVE Prince Gumball! He's definitely my favorite between Marshall Lee and Prince Gumball.

Even if you haven't seen Adventure Time I would recommend it. It's very cute and has a nice story to it. If you have seen Adventure Time, then yes, you definitely need to get this in your hands...NOW!

In this story Fionna and Cake embark on a mission to save a flame boy and his family. A fully coloured cartoon that features all your favourite Fionna and Cake characters, this is a great little story and a very quick read.
I really enjoyed this story, although I'm not as big a fan of Fionna and Cake than I am of Finn and Jake. However, it was a good story and had some good little 'shorts' at the end of the story as well. If you wanted to read this I would recommend having at least a little bit of background on Adventure Time and Fionna and Cake.

May 4, 2016My granddaughter asked me to read this to her on a trip and I fell in love with it. Fiona is a tough capable girl who saves the male characters and fights off the ice queen and others. "I did it mahself!" A sweet back story about river nymphs and fire elementals. In the end the tough girl gets a kiss from the fire elemental and it just singes her cheek a little. Girl of action becomes speechless. Beautiful art to linger over and clever plot and dialogue. Now I have to go get Numbers 1 and 2, and it's for me!

I really like the Fionna and Cake version of Adventure Time, almost better than Finn and Jake.
When I read this book, I occasionally had the feeling that people have been spying on me and stole things I say like "I can smell your smell and it is SMELLY!"

Oh, how I wish there was more and more Fionna and Cake. I know she's the Ice King's fan fiction, but she's a wonderful role model. Yeah. I think so. While reading this I craved flan and when I do get it I will not dare stare into the enchanted glaze. Love me some Fionna and Cake.

THIS BOOK IS AWSOME!!!!!!!! This is an awesome comic type book that anyone could read. I like how they make the characters the opposite genders than what they are on the tv show. :)

The book is so epic and adventurous. It is also mysterious. Once I started reading it, I could not stop reading it. If we had to stop, I would be super sad because I wanted to read on to find out!
