This guide to starting and maintaining a coven or spiritual group is an excellent resource. It includes everything from how to attract members, to group dynamics and conflict, to group continuity. McSherry includes many exercises to get you thinking about your leaderships style, how to manage conflict, and rituals to help you go deeper.

This book was required reading as part of a course that I took. It's a good book filled with some great information. If you are interested in forming a coven or spiritual group, this book will be a great guide.
