I received this book through First Reads. I've been reading through many parts of this book and so far, I am learning a lot of interesting and healthful tips. I've made several of the 'green' smoothies in the book as I have a blender rather than a juicer. I am hoping that I might be able to use some of the juice combinations in this book to come up with some really delicious smoothies too.
I was a little disappointed in not finding more juicing or smoothie recipes as I would have expected. It also includes other recipes and menus to follow and incorporate into your "Transformation." Overall, I have found this book helpful.
