Bree fled, thinking she had all the answers, Todd stayed, feeling betrayed! This is a fun romantic read, my only complaint is as to how easily Bree lets Todd off at the start of the book! Seriously if a guy stops talking to me for 3 months he would be in a world of pain! It is in all a fun, easy romance with a few hot moments in the middle! Quite a few steamy moments!

If I could hug Aneesa right now I would I think I would go as far as kissing her cheek :) I totally loved this story and found myself falling in love with the characters and not wanting the story to end.

It was such a refreshing change from all the angst you get with a third person being involved there was none of that and I’m glad there wasn't. This is simply a story about two people dealing with their guilt, anger, betrayal and falling in love again and I loved every minute of it.

Bree is such a

"Home for Love" by Aneesa Price is a sweet and steamy romance about single mother Bree, who after seven years absence returns to her home town Devil's Peak in Alaska.
She reconnects with Todd, her childhood sweetheart and the father of her daughter Amber, who up until then did not know about Amber's existence.
The two manage to come to an amicable arrangement about the child care but his mistrust of her and her distant behaviour towards him make a rekindling of their romance seem impossible.

I really struggled with this book. The basic premise was there, but I really had some issues and questions. Todd and Bree were high school sweethearts; Bree's parents don't approve (understatement) because Todd's family isn't the best. Todd's father (who's been absent most of the time) dies, and Todd steps up to take care of his siblings because his mother is an alcoholic. He leaves and doesn't contact Bree for several months. In the meantime, Bree learns she's pregnant. Her parents force her to ...more

This is book is more HOME FOR ANNOYANCE. A friend asked to read so I could share my thoughts because she thought she is being to harsh on it. There are only 198 pages, I should be done centuries ago but the heroine is so ridiculous I have to put it down a lot. So far, making it really short, (view spoiler)Then time also passes in the present (she ...more

Where to start with this one? The author created an amazing read that I very much enjoyed. I fell in love with this story and I'm so glad I decided to read it. The cover had me second guessing my decision because I'm not one for an overly romantic story. Since the title includes "contemporary romance" I gave it a try. I'm very happy that I did.

The plot runs smoothly and the characters are very loveable. Bree is the main character who moves back home to Alaska to be with her family and introduce

Wow, what can I say? Aneesa wrote an irresistible novel that I couldn’t put down!

After her parent’s death, Bree moves back to her native Alaska to be closer to her grandparents, but a move that’s not so easy to make, as she needs to confront her high school love and tell him that they have a six year-old child. From there, the story takes you on twists and turns, ups and downs of Bree and Todd’s relationship, having to deal with past demons, current issues, mistakes and misunderstandings.

Bree and Todd used to be a couple in high school but were seperared for years. Bree moves back to Alaska with his child, Amber, and tries to make up for lost time and hoping he will forgive her for keeping his child a secret. Great story about love and how given a chance it can conquer all. WaAR

Team Todd!! Yes Please!
An extremely satisfying read full of emotion, heart, laughter, & sexiness! This story brought some very real issues to light, & I enjoyed experiencing them through Bree's eyes. (Todd's too.) Showing peoples trials is the easy part, but bringing together solutions along with such humor & intense feeling made this a perfect balance for me! All in all a refreshing twist to problems many of us may have gone through at some point in our lives. I found myself laughing, wiping aw

Home For Love was a good book to pick up. Not so much to put it down, since you didn't want to. Make sure you have plenty of time allotted for this one, you'll want to read it from cover to cover in one sitting.

Bree moved back home to Alaska to live with her grandparents and give her daughter, Amber, the family she's always wanted. Upon coming home, she knew she would have to tell Amber's father about her. Todd didn't know he had a child, let alone one that was already 6! Understandably, he was

Sadly, I just wasn't really all that impressed. The story line was rather uneventful and predictable. I didn't feel like I got a really good feel for Todd enough to really care. I really hate giving negative reviews, but the ebook was riddled with errors that sometimes made it confusing (not just spelling errors). I was also annoyed by the character's use of the word tummy (I know, it's weird), but it totally didn't feel like anything a 25 year old would say. Stomach- yes, abs- most definitely, ...more

Oh my goodness.. what an emotional romance book. Ms. Price you out did yourself!.. I'm not getting much sleep as I can't put down certain books and yours was one of them!
Bree and Todd what a I think she gave him way too much leeway, but to each their own.. my guy would of been up the creek without a paddle. I was definitely pulled in and couldn't believe how true life this could be for some. I have to say my favorite character was Bree's Grandpa... lots of family involvement. To see w

This book made my heart bleed…but in a good way!

Aneesa Price wrote a wonderful contemporary romance that has all the makings of wonderful nighttime dreams.

When Bree’s parents die, she moves back home to Alaska where she tells her high school sweetheart that they have a child. The emotions Price conjures up are very true to life—trust, mistrust, hurt, forgiveness, etcetera, and I found myself flipping page after page to find the conclusion.

If you’re a romance lover, this is one to buy.

I really liked the book! It was a very sweet story of love and the journey our heart takes! The characters were very likable and I enjoyed the home town feel. I read some of the reviews after I was finished and I hate to see when people home in on small grammar mistakes in the book. Review the story not the edit!! Aneesa did a great job with bringing you in and touching your heart! Two thumbs up :)

Seven years ago Bree fled Devil's Peak, Alaska, disillusioned with her high school romance and with a baby in her belly. Now, she's back and seeing Todd again challenges her carefully constructed plans for amicable co-parenting. Todd vows to keep her at arm's length. Bree has no interest in rekindling their relationship and is focused on settling into the town.
This is a sweet story with lots of history of Alaska. Love is always a welcome addition to any story.

A sweet story of a woman returning to her hometown to set things right. Six years ago, Bree left with a broken heart and pregnant. Now she's back. It's time to let Todd know he has a daughter and give them a chance to build a relationship. Of course, it's not as easy as that. There are hard feelings to work past, as well as everyone's ego, wants and desires.

Price makes good use of her knowledge of the human psyche in her character development. Her depiction of life in Alaska felt very well resea
