About the author

Joan Elizabeth Goodman is an American writer and illustrator.
She was born in Connecticut in 1950 and was raised in an artistic household. Goodman attended L' Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome, from 1969-70, as well as the Pratt Institute, B.F.A., 1973.
She has written several novels of highly acclaimed historical fiction. She lives with her husband and their two children in New York City.

This is a very good book for the kindergarten level students. Talks about how to always try something new and to never say you don't or can't do something just because you don't like it. Good for kids to keep guessing what the outcome is going to be.

I love this book, one of my all time favorites! My mother bought this book for me when I was, and I have been searching for this book ever since!
