This book starts out like a shot of adrenaline and doesn't let up.

A well written thrill-ride that captures the grittiness and dangers that can happen in "Any city, USA" under the right circumstances. The author weaves a tale of several characters that all collide into one cataclysmic event, and keeps you turning page-after-page. An exciting, fast read that will leave you wanting more.

The Day Detroit Went Dark review

The Day Detroit Went Dark is a post apocalyptic story written by author John Silver. I don't think it's as good as others in the genre, but is a very scary scenario.

A very easy read
I enjoyed visually the names of the street and districts. Made me feel that I was there.
This fantasy might be too far from the truth.
